Event Details and COVID-19 Precautions
Guests are welcome to bring a picnic meal to enjoy on our grounds prior to the concert. Guests are not permitted to bring in any outside beverages. Beverages can be purchased at the cash bar located in the Garden Tent.
At 6 p.m. check in will begin, the bar will open for service and the Garden Tent will open for seating.
Meadow Brook will provide chairs but due to social distancing requirements, there will be no tables for sitting. Cocktail tables will be available for those wishing to stand. Guests are welcome to bring their own chairs.
Event Refunds: Because of Meadow Brook Hall's non-profit status and the intimacy of our events, we only offer full refunds if cancellations are received fifteen (15) days prior to the event, partial refunds (50%) seven to fourteen (7-14) days prior to the event and no refunds if cancellations are received less than seven (7) days prior to the event. NO EXCEPTIONS.
