This age-old pastime has seen a resurgence in recent years, with people of all ages taking up this fun and relaxing hobby. In this workshop, you will learn how to thread a needle, make basic embroidery stitches, and create your own embroidery sampler, a pattern used to practice a variety of different stitching techniques.
You will leave with a framed embroidery sample, needle, and extra floss to continue your practice.
Note: Tickets will not be issued. Reservations will be held at the door. Please bring a copy of your email order confirmation and have photo identification available for admission.
Event Refunds: Because of Meadow Brook Hall's non-profit status and the intimacy of our events, we only offer full refunds if cancellations are received fifteen (15) days prior to the event, partial refunds of 50% if cancellations are received seven to fourteen (7-14) days prior to the event, and no refunds if cancellations are received less than seven (7) days prior to the event. NO EXCEPTIONS.
