Exhibitor Important Details about the Course

Check-In
When you arrive at the Course, please check in at the registration table where staff will provide you with your Exhibitor Packet and will answer any additional questions you may have.

Set-Up and Break-Down
• Set-up is one hour prior to the start of the Course from 6:00 am – 7:00 am
• Break-down is to be completed at 4:00 pm

Exhibit Hours
6:00-7:00am Install
7:00-8:00am Breakfast and Exhibits
9:30–9:45am Break and Exhibits
12:00-1:00pm Lunch

Dismantle 4:00pm

Assignment of Booths
All exhibitors will select their booth locations on the day the Course begins. Please note that selection of booth location is done on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Cancellation Policy
Notification of exhibit space cancellation must be submitted in writing no later than June 27, 2019 in order to receive a full refund. No refunds will be provided after this date.

Parking
The university has three parking garages on the Foggy Bottom Campus.
