Check-In:
When you arrive at the meeting, please check in at the registration table where staff will provide you with your Exhibitor Packet and will answer any additional questions you may have.

Set-Up and Break-Down:
• Set-up is August 24, 2019 at 7:00 am
• Break-down is to be completed at 5:00 pm on August 28, 2019

Cancellation Policy:
• Notification of exhibit space cancellation must be submitted in writing no later than August 1, 2019 in order to receive a full refund.
• No refunds will be provided following this date.
