Cuban program fee

March 16, 2019 - March 24, 2019

The George Washington University International Education Program has long participated in the Seminar on Cuban education over its 25 year history.  This academic exchange brings U.S. and Cuban education scholars and practitioners together on an 8-day traveling academic seminar to explore various educational themes in Havana and a rotating province (Santa Clara).  Students attend lectures and panels by prominent Cuban scholars over the course of the program.  Each student develops a general educational research topic prior to departure.  Students are grouped in common research working groups with U.S. and Cuban scholars.  Throughout the week each student explores their research area in preparation for a research paper and presentation to be shared upon their return to GW.
