Commencement Doctoral Apparel Rentals With Add On Commemorative Items

Congratulations on your achievement!  Students wishing to rent their PhD apparel for use during their hooding ceremony or the Commencement ceromony on June 9th should complete the order below.  Apparel rental costs $98 plus tax. Orders should be completed by May 1st to ensure availability by the ceremony date. 

Orders will be available for pick up in person at William Philip Hall the week of May 30th-June 2nd.  If you are unable to make the designated time, please contact your program advisor or email tcommenc@uw.edu to discuss alternative pickup options. 

Commemorative items are available as an add-on purchases:

• After you are taken to "My Cart" select the "Checkout" button.
• Click on the link "Commencement Commemorative Items" to be taken directly to this product page, or just select from the drop down menu and click on the shopping cart icon to add it to your cart. Repeat if you want to purchase more items.
